Still Words
He still
Makes my head spin
My heart skip
Beats
He still
Makes my breath
Catch
In my throat
So
That my speech
Is clipped
And cautious
Often
Lost in
My mouth
As my tongue
Wets my lips
In hopes of
A kiss
He does this
He still
Makes my nerves
Dance
Under my skin
Out and in
And over
Again
He does this
When
Ever
I am near him
He still
Has that look
In his eyes
Like I
Might still
Be the one
That makes
His head spin
His heart skip
beats
His hand want
To reach out,
touch me
He does
As I hope he will
And I still
Love him
Still love him
Still love,
Still
