Arrival Words
This will be short
but sweet
cause me
like this
on my knees
proffering
your release
you find it hard
to stay focused
to not
go with it
I manage
in my attempts
to elicit
tears
that threaten to spill
past those lashes
that make my heart
skip
yes, love, that's it
let go
cry if you must
I just
want to hear you
say my name
tinged with that aching pain
in your voice
sore with need
as I eagerly
await your arrival
come to me
and in that moment
your hand
finds my scalp
your grip slick with sweat
get a good grip
I'll be owning you
in just a bit
and I
look up
at you
with my eyes wide
so innocent
so that
your voice becomes
a guttural noise
human but base
in no time I
taste the salt
of your ocean
at the back of my teeth
the inside of my cheeks
I am replete
with the warmth
of your ends
yes,
I promise
It will happen
again
